The Cree Native Arts and Crafts Association (CNACA) was established in 2004 to assume a leadership role on behalf of the Cree for the development of the arts, crafts, and cultural industries of Eeyou Istchee. We partnered with CNACA to provide comprehensive strategic, digital, and capacity-building services to help them fulfill this vital mandate.
Our long-term collaboration involved building foundational strategies, creating essential digital tools, and empowering the CNACA team with the skills needed to support Cree artists and entrepreneurs.
- Strategic Planning & Business Consulting: We worked closely with CNACA to develop a robust business plan and strategic roadmap. This included streamlining operations, implementing process improvements, and introducing business automation solutions to optimize resources and enhance their impact as a resource hub for arts and crafts entrepreneurs.
- Marketing, Communications & Capacity Building: We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to amplify CNACA's message and raise awareness of their work. Recognizing the importance of long-term sustainability, we provided targeted training programs, workshops, and mentorship to empower their team with valuable skills and knowledge.

We have crafted numerous versions of the CNACA website, creating a visually captivating and user-friendly digital hub to showcase Cree art and provide essential resources to artists. To enhance membership management, we designed and built a custom web application. This provided a streamlined solution for CNACA to efficiently manage their growing membership base and facilitate communication.
We produced compelling videos that showcased the vibrant stories and achievements of Cree artists and entrepreneurs. These videos served as powerful marketing tools and became a source of inspiration, fostering pride and unity within the community.
