1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all digital software products, downloadable content, and executable files (collectively, "Products") sold by Zerosum ("we," "us," or "our") through this website. By purchasing a Product, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS (NO DRM)
2.1 Digital Delivery: All Products are delivered via digital download immediately after payment. We do not ship physical goods.
2.2 No DRM / No License Keys: To respect your privacy and ownership, our Products are sold as standalone executable files without Digital Rights Management (DRM) or activation keys.
2.3 Immediate Consumption: You acknowledge that once the download link is generated and sent to you, the Product is considered "consumed" and legally delivered.
3. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
3.1 All Sales Are Final: Due to the "No DRM" nature of our Products, we cannot revoke your access to the software once you have downloaded it. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind ("Buyer's Remorse").
Failure to read the System Requirements (e.g., buying Windows software for a Mac).
Incompatibility with third-party tools (e.g., Google API updates).
3.2 Waiver of Withdrawal Right (Quebec & EU): By clicking "Place Order," you expressly consent to the immediate performance of this contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal/cancellation once the download has started.
4. PRODUCT SUPPORT
4.1 Scope: Support is limited to technical issues related to downloading or launching the software. We do not provide consulting on how to use the software for your specific business goals.
4.2 End of Life: Zerosum reserves the right to discontinue support or updates for any Product at any time without liability.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Purchase of a Product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the software. It does not transfer copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the .exe files.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." ZEROSUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR BANNING FROM THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS LIKE REDDIT OR GOOGLE) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
